Retaining the body shape of a classic S shaped solid body electric, a Saguaro Sedona is 1.75" thick at the bottom strap button and being wedge shaped, it tapers to about 0.800" thick at the upper strap button.  This leaves a heel thickness of only 0.3" thick.  The body is contructed of a two piece top and two piece bottom.  To give the thinner heel strength, inside the body is a 7075 aluminum "S Block".
The block ties the neck joint to the bridge tremolo studs.  To fit a standard sized tremolo block and springs, the back of a Sedona is carrved with a raised section or trem bulge.  The tremolo cover is recessed into the trem bulge.
At it's thickest point, the bulge only protrudes about 1/4" from the body.
The contours of the bulge seem to fit well with the tummy cut such that it is not noticeable when holding the guitar.  The tummy cut is much smaller on a Sedona then a normal 1.75" thick body as the wedge shape reduces the need for it.

Below are several images showing a Saguaro Sedona body.
